Problem

A food producer (F&B) produces plant-based foods, like cooking cream. Due to the high pollution rate, of approximately 20,000 m3 per month, of the wastewater the discharge costs are high. Also, the risk of penalties due to exceeding the discharge limits is high.

Solutions

Decreasing COD levels by utilizing a mobile wastewater plant consisting of coagulation, flocculation and DAF. Furthermore, chemical storage, dosing and full support by remote control was offered.
