Problem

A German food producer (F&B) which produces plant-based foods, like cooking cream, had a waste water volume of 20,00 m3 per month, of which the content of contaminants (COD) was too high. This meant high discharge costs and a high risk of fines if discharge limits were exceeded.

Solutions

A waste water treatment plant was designed based on various parts of Logisticons rental fleet. This has succeeded in drastically reducing the level of contaminants (COD). The following techniques and equipment have been applied:

  • Coagulation
  • Flocculation
  • DAF
  • Chemical storage in Chemdose10

Furthermore, full support by remote control was offered.
