Expanding industrial water treatment capacity in kazakhstan

Problem

In 2019, a sand and ultrafiltration plant was installed on a rental basis at a large industrial site in Kazakhstan. The customer required greater capacity and improved efficiency in water treatment, along with a significant enhancement in the overall quality of the treated water.

Solution

Logisticon provided a compact water treatment solution consisting of six sand filters and two ultrafiltration units, treating 200 m³/h of surface water. The plant was later expanded with six additional sand filters, a complete feed pump skid, backwash and distribution systems, and a double-pass reverse osmosis unit with chemical dosing and a CIP system.
