Mobile RO unit 100 m3/h in 20ft container

Logisticon Water Treatment has built 4 mobile high cube 20ft containers with RO units of 100 m3/h each. Special attention was paid to the design to fit all equipment in the container. Due to maintainability and operations, the unit is built in with a double floor, doors at both ends and a side door for operation.

Main technical details of the unit:

  • Connections 6” Kamlock couplings for feed, product water (permeate) and brine;
  • Feed water flow 130-150 m3/h, Permeate 100 m3/h at max 6 bar;
  • Safety strainer;
  • Automatic cleaning filter 25-50 µm;
  • 3 high-flow cartridge filters 10 µm;
  • 1 high pressure pump (110 kW) frequency controlled;
  • 21 pressure vessels with 5 RO membranes each;
  • 2 chemical dosing units for Sodium-bisulphite and Anti-scalant, option extra chemical dosing;
  • ΔP measurement over all main items and also temperature, conductivity and flow measurements;
