Process water for Vynova Geleen

Logisticon Water Treatment has supplied to Nalco Ecolab a mobile demineralised water installation for the production of 125-150 m3/h process water for Vynova (formerly known as
Ineos ChlorVinyls) in Geleen, The Netherlands. With the modular design of the mobile ultrafiltration unit type UF2880, that produces 180-200 m3/h filtrate, and two reverse osmosis installations is it possible to produce a water quality at a conductivity of < 20 μS/cm. The whole installation including a chemical storage & dosing installation and a back-up ultrafiltration everything is plug & play constructed and tested in our factory and transported to site for a fast and smooth installation & start-up.

As a result of an extensive pilot project for the treatment of surface water, Logisticon received an order from a Scandinavian food company for a redundant Ultrafiltration (UF) installation.
