Oil/water separators are used to remove non-emulgated oils. A crust is created by placing a number of flow deflectors in the oil/water separators. Because the oil/water separator is usually the first treatment step after extraction, this step is implemented as standard with a sand trap system. As a result, rough precipitable particles are intercepted directly. The removal success rate greatly depends on the concentrations of influent.
he dimensions of the standard oil/water separators are the same as those of our standard buffer tanks
