The system is linked to the local power supply and charges itself when there is surplus electricity from local generation. This electricity is then used to maximize the use of self-generated electricity. This minimizes the need for mains power. By minimizing the use of mains power, peak demand will be limited and the use of sustainable energy will be optimized. Refurb Battery’s energy storage system gives Refurb Battery and Logisticon the opportunity to jointly learn and investigate the optimal setup, which optimizes the storage system settings.
