Innovation by Logisticon!

Logisticon has developed a new Capillary Nanofiltration (CapNF) pilot installation.

Do you want to purify surface or spring water? Are you interested in the reuse of waste water and other process water flows? Are you dealing with partial desalination, softening, colour removal or the removal of suspended particles? The CapNF might just be the technology for you

Using Capillary Nanofiltration (CapNF) technology, surface or (tertiary) waste water can be transformed into high-quality process or even potable water in a single step. CapNF combines the favourable properties of Capillary Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes with those of Nanofiltration (NF) membranes, to remove dissolved organic substances (large molecules), colour, micro contamination, pesticides and to a degree ions (calcium, sulphate, phosphate, etc.). Moreover, a CapNF membrane, just like an UF membrane, will remove bacteria and viruses.

Logisticon Water Treatment has developed a pilot installation that can be equipped with two types of CapNF membranes (NX Filtration) of 400 and 800 Dalton. The membranes differ in the degree to which molecules and ions are removed.

The CapNF pilot has a capacity ranging from 3 to 8 m³/ hour and can be operated and monitored remotely. With the correct preparation, the pilot installation can be operational within a few hours at the location you desire. The Logisticon service will help you on-site to connect water, power, and the secured remote data connection.

This stand-alone mobile water solution unit is ideal if you want additional capacity or if you want to guarantee continuity of production.

Are you interested in this pilot installation or would you like a customized solution, please feel free to contact us by phone (+31)184-608260 or mail to water@logisticon.com.
