Logisticon innovates! We proudly present the UF60

After developing a new Capillary Nanofiltration (CapNF) pilot unit, Logisticon has realized yet another pilot unit. Namely the UF60 unit, this Ultra-filtration pilot unit is mainly intended for on-site testing at the consumer. The installation consists of an insulated container including light heating and air conditioning. The advantage of these UF60 Unit is that during testing all settings are already know before commissioning the full-scale installation. This pilot unit is very advanced and there is also an extensive measuring line with a lot of insight into use. The pilot unit produces between 2.5 and 5 m3/ hour of UF permeate and makes it possible to measure in addition to colour also turbidity and PH. With these measurement results the final installation will run faster and more stable. Logisticon Water Treatment uses various fluxes to find the optimal operating point. This saves membrane lifetime in the final design. Ultra-filtration is one of the many methods of purifying liquids. Ultra-filtration will remove turbidity, bacteria and viruses.

Logisticon can manage the entire pilot including the test process remotely thanks to “ remote control, monitoring and data logging”. Our pilots are mainly used for applications at; drinking water companies, food resource industry, chemical industry and metal industry.

The service engineers of Logisticon Water Treatment will support you on site with the installation and remote management of the system.
