At Logisticon Water Treatment we are busy realizing our new construction
project. As a growing company, it is necessary to have a sufficient workplace, because that way you can continue to perform optimally. With Ambachtsweg 34, Logisticon has found the ideal location for this. The site
located behind Energieweg 2 is the ideal location to expand our business park. The former bowling center has been demolished and will be used by Logisticon Water Treatment in the near future.
With this site expansion, Logisticon can continue to grow and continue its current activities. By placing a culvert, part of the ditch is taken up, which obligies Logisticon to compensate water. From week 34, soil will be dug away along the building where the “ petting zoo” used to be to give water back. Ultimately, local pollard willows will be planted there to preserve the rural character.
By installing a new gantry crane and building an extra workshop, among other things, we can optimally serve our customers. This crane will be installed at the beginning of 2021. A connection will be made between the two sites by installing a culvert in the ditch.
Because a new workshop is being built, Logisticon is temporarily using Energieweg 8, which now functions as an office and storage facility, as a workshop. This will be used from the beginning of November until the end of the construction. In order to organize the workshop properly, a warehouse tent will be used that temporarily functions as a warehouse.
At the beginning of 2021, the current office building at Energieweg 2, will be cleared to start the renovation there as well. Among other things, a third layer will be placed on top of the current office building. For example, workplaces and meeting rooms can be better equipped. The character of the family business will be reflected in the design and lay-out of the office and building. In addition to expanding workplaces and meeting rooms. The canteen will be renovated. Adjacent to the canteen will be an outdoor terrace where you can have lunch in the summer. It is important that a pleasant working environment is created and that the company DNA is clearly visible. After the renovation, the Logisticon building will be approximately 2,500 m2 larger than it is now, in addition to the new outdoor area of Ambachtsweg 34.
