Logisticon takes protective measures against COVID-19

The well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority. Logisticon is taking precautions to limit the spread of the Coronovirus (COVID-19). These precautions are based on instructions and advise given by our Dutch government, the RIVM and the GGD.

Logisticon has assembled a crisis team to follow the daily news in order to react to new circumstances. This has led to a series of measures and precautions to prevent infection and to create an as safe as possible work environment for our employees. Our 24/7 Service is still available and at your disposal. Logisticon has taking the following precautions:

  • Try to avoid close contact with people. Minimum distance to hold is approximately 2 m.
  • Do not shake hands
  • Wash your hands more often and desinfect with handgel
  • Cough and sneeze in a tissue of your sleeve

Other additional precautions at the office:

  • Appointments and meetings will be rescheduled or held by video call or telephone
  • Lunch and coffee breaks are spreaded to minimize contact
  • Employees who are (slightly) unwell avoid attending work
  • Employees who live in Noord-Brabant work at home
  • Minimum occupation of employee’s at the office
  • Employee meeting and gatherings are suspended
  • Employees that are able to work at home, work at home
  • Extra cleaning work at toilets and frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Suppliers and truck drivers will stay at a minimum distance of 2 m.
  • Works on site will be discussed with the client and tried as much as possible to suspend
  • Employees must use all necessary personal protective equipment
  • Help all persons that need assistance

All these precautions will be active at least until 28 April 2020 (inclusive).
