Problem

A water company near a large city in South Brazil that supplies drinking water to the community, had to increase the production of drinking water to fulfill the drinking water need of the community. As the source, a nearby lake, contained a high turbidity (up to 100 NTU) load, drinking water production proved to be quite the challenge. Expertise was needed.

Solution

Logisticon supplied several modular ultrafiltration containers to increase the drinking water production on site.

All units are equipped with dizzer® XL 0.9 MB 60 ST membranes, elaborate measurements and are fully remote operational. The units are also equipped with extensive and automated CIP / CEB systems.
